REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY FOR SAVAGE ICE BATHS

Returns:

We offer a 30-day Refund and Returns policy, giving you 30 days from the date of item receipt to request a return.

Returns Policy:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@savageicebaths.com to begin the returns process. Once we receive your return, it will be processed, and any issues will be promptly addressed.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, kindly inform us right away, and we will assess the situation and make it right.

Refunds and Replacements:

Refunds and replacements are applicable for manufacturer faults and must be reported to our customer care team within 10 days of receiving the order. After the initial 10-day period, any minor damage will be considered wear and tear, and we may not be able to provide refunds or replacements.

Forceful Damage or Abuse:

Please note that we reserve the right to deny refunds if the unit shows signs of forceful damage or abuse.

Refund Process:

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Missing Items from Order:

If you haven’t received part of your order, please be aware that some items may be shipped separately and could arrive shortly after. Missing items must be reported within 10 days of receiving the order for us to address the issue.

Denied Packages from Customs:

Customers are responsible for paying their countries’ import fees and taxes. If you decline to pay these duties and your order is returned to us, we will refund the purchase amount less all shipping/customs costs, which will be communicated to you via email.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Confirmed lost packages, as per tracking information, will be refunded or replaced. Please reach out to us in such cases.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first. Contact your credit card company and bank if needed. If you still haven’t received the refund, please contact us at info@savageicebaths.com.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

Gifts:

For gifts directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value once it is received. If the gift wasn’t marked as such during purchase, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
